What edition are your prints?
All of our prints are numbered and signed by Candice Alexander. Also, all of our prints are hand-tinted with a silver or gold wash (our preference). Each print is handled by the artist, so each my vary slightly in color. Only 40 of the 95 Fleur De Lis designs are open editions, but they are still numbered. The other 8x10 designs are limited editions of 2008 and the 14x18 designs are limited editions of 1000. Open Editions: Series 2 and Series 3, Sheriff, Army, The Hunted, Nutcracker, Candy Cane, Christmas, and Firefighter.

Why are prices more than at shows?
We have added all shipping, handling, and tax fees into the completed price that you see online. We have experimented with several different types of shipping matrices, but this one works the best. Over all, it saves more per item for you as a consumer.

What are your shipping methods and who are your carriers?
We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail in order to keep shipping costs at a reasonable rate. This means that orders are generally received within 2-6 business days. In case of a large custom order, we will occasionally UPS Ground as well. All prints are packaged in a photo mailer and stamped DO NOT BEND to ensure that it is delivered in excellent condition. On bulk orders, we package prints in boxes with newsprint and packing peanuts. We can ship to any address in which the Postal service can deliver; including PO boxes. Insurance is automatically added into the price.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. We then ship the order out via USPS Priority Mail (2-6 days). On occasion, we are unable to get certain items within 1-2 business days. When this does happen, we will email or personally call customers to inform them of the situation. We process our orders as soon as we can and as quickly as possible.

Can we refuse to sell an item?
Yes. If we are uncomfortable with a transaction or a sketchy email or buyer, we will absolutely refuse the sale of the art.

Will the image I buy be exactly like the ones in the store?
Each and every print may slightly vary (not much at all) from the images you see online. Every print is handled by the artist, causing slight differences. We also hand tint each print with a silver or gold glaze (our preference).
